Flying Dutchman BUG White boy disappeared

  Help!
  
  After being sunk by Flying Dutchman,I go to amatice shore,through the jungle to the village.
  I have spanish trading license so the sentry is friendly to me and give me the welcome to the settlement but when i enter to the village is empty except a spanish officer in a house but no white boy.
  
  2- I tried without trading license,i killed the sentry before he ran to the village and the same result,the village is empty except spanish officer in a house.
  
  So,its very frustrating because i dont know what suppose to do to continue the quest and get flying Dutchman.
  Its a bug and my quest is broken permanently?:(

  I am very sorry Blaz.
  
  This bug is all my fault. It is the same bug described in the Patches thread for ALL of the Pearl Diver villages. It is entirely my fault because I was trying to add variety in the village populations. I posted the fix in the Patches thread but its just instructions for editing. The fix will be in the new upcoming patch. I am trying to get it finished as fast as I can. It will require a new game. Again very sorry.

    Sorry,its my fault I didnt see the fix.
    But the good news is that I edited the file with your fix(delete the lines with pirate models) and load a previous save before enter the “sentry zone”,I killed sentry and enter the village and it WORKS.
    
    White boy is there and finally i can continue the flying dutchman quest without start new game and lost all the progress.

  One more question,I love the old and broken flying dutchman sails.I know this is unrealistic but
  
  Is there any chances to maintain/obtain this sails for Flying Dutchman?Because when you captured Flying Dutchman you can sail with the old and broken,but when you enter to navigation map the sails turn default whites.

  I will put it on the list. Not a top priority but I will look into it. By the way, do you like my tattered sail texture better than the COAS vanilla Flying Dutchman sail texture? I personally thought the old one looked too “sea-weedy” for my taste. I like the old torn and tattered dark holed canvas texture I replaced it with much better. Did you notice it?
