Hi All,
As I reported in the announcements section I finally finished the promotion mod.
This mod will fix the blank interfaces you currently have and show the rank/titles you are by nationality. In addition when you go to see the governors they will address you by your correct title. The following is a list of the new titles by nationality.
So at the risk of spoiling the surprise here are the new ranks here below:
English Titles: 1. {Freebooter} 2. {Lieutenant} 3. {Captain} 4. {Commodore} 5. {Admiral}
Dutch Titles: 1. {Vrijbuiter} 2. {Luitenant} 3. {Kapitein} 4. {Schout bij nacht} 5. {Admiraal}
Spanish Titles: 1. {Filibustero} 2. {Teniente de Navio} 3. {Capitan de fregata} 4. {Jefe de Esquadra} 5. {Almirante}
French Titles: 1. {Corsaire} 2. {Lieutenant de Vaisseau} 3. {Capitaine de fregate} 4. {Chef d’escadre} 5. {Vice Amiral}
Pirate Titles: 1. {Buccaneer} 2. {Freebooter} 3. {Corsair} 4. {Dread Pirate} 5. {Pirate Lord}
Here’s a screenshot showing the particular spelling of the Dutch form of Lieutenant (Luitenant)
Once applied this does not require a new game.
My question for our members here is: Should I list this here as a new mini-mod that you can download now? OR should I just wait and put it in the upcoming patch with everything else?
I will let you decide. No answers mean it will be in the patch. If I get five replies here that want it now I will post it here.
