You are indeed having a problem with boarding. I cannot board a ship at all, even when they strike their colors. Not yet sure why and will see if I can figure this out for your game.

This is an item exclusive to ERAS and has been around for awhile. That +10, is technically a +1 and it should be displayed on the character screen in the PIRATES section as a +1 to Insight. I don’t think this site accepts photo uploads. I have always had to link to another site that hosts the pic (either a URL it exists online, or upload myself). So if you have one on your hard drive, it required uploading to Flickr, PhotoBucket, tinypic, etc., then embed the URL with the img button at the top of the new post dialog.
