There is also the Inquisition Headquarters in Santiago under the Cathedral stairs in the Cave. There are some missions where you have to break prisoners out of there, AND one of the TOTEMS is also in there. SO you could have dark music in that scene. I’m not sure what music is in there right now?

Agreed on the potential. I think we can give it a good Scottish flavor though. I found images of the fort as well as a map of the colony. The fort looks almost identical to the Scottish forts back in Scotland. Pretty cool. The town is laid out in a triangle with a wall around it and mainly has houses inside.
